If you want a healthy relationship you need two people. You need two people who are ready to fight for that relationship and do everything to make the relationship work. If you think your relationship ended only because of you, read this article.

No one is perfect…and it’s okay

During the relationship you made some mistakes, I’m sure. If you say you didn’t make any, you lie. Your ex made mistakes also. In every relationship, the couple makes mistakes. No one is perfect, and it’s not easy to do things without sometimes, hurting the other side. Sometimes we try to do something to make the other person happy but we end up hurting that person. All couples have challenges and obstacles.

You and your ex broke up and the relationship ended. You both made mistakes, so why do you blame yourself for what happened? As I said before we all make mistakes. But the difference is that your ex decided to move on and not to continue the relationship. Your ex decided to let you go and not to fight for you. Maybe because of their reasons, maybe because of your mistakes. It doesn’t matter, what matters is the fact they decided to give up on you. You decided the opposite, you decided to love your ex with all of his or her imperfections and you wanted to continue being together.

So the next time you blame yourself, please think who is guilty. The one who made a mistake? No, because everyone makes them. The guilty is the one who gave up, and this is not you.
