Do you think that your ex is the one? Thinking your ex was the one won’t let you move on. Your ex wasn’t your one and you need to make a change in your mind to move on faster. We love our ex and think they were perfect and suddenly they go. We feel like it’s the end of the world. But did you ask yourself why it hurts so much? Why do you care so much? Why are you so dramatic?

The painful attitude

The pain depends on your attitude, which means that you have the power to control the pain and how long will it last. If you think your ex is the one, you won’t be able to move on and heal your broken heart. Not even one year from now… why? Because if you only have one perfect partner in life and you’ve lost them, how can you move on? How can you look at others? The thought that you just lost your one is scary and causes a lot of pain. A pain you won’t be able to heal if you keep thinking your ex was the one.

The right attitude

The right attitude you need to have is that your ex wasn’t the one and you didn’t lose your one. It hurts because you lost the hope that your ex would be the one. But read it again carefully. Your ex wasn’t the one, and you didn’t lose the one, you have lost the hope your ex would be the one. A Huge difference, pay attention to that. Yes it hurts and yes it will take time to heal but hey your one is still out there waiting to meet you and enter your life. Take your time to cry that loss of hope but please don’t cry like you have lost your one because this is not the situation. Your one is somewhere out there and you have to move on and continue your journey to find him/her. Don’t live in the past crying for someone who was just a part of your life. Now it’s time to build the future!
