A broken heart is all about a decision. Do you want to heal your broken heart? Decide you want to do it. I want to explain exactly what is the first thing you have to do if you want to heal your broken heart.

You only have one option

Broken heart sucks, okay? I’m not gonna lie or make it easy for you. You will have to go through a lot of pain. I wish you didn’t have to do all the way I did to heal myself, but this is the reality, you can’t change that. You are in this situation whether you like it or not. You have only one option and it’s to move on. You can cry for your ex and be sad but if you want to heal your broken heart you must commit to the process. You must decide you are going to do whatever you need to do to be happy, you have to want to move on and be ready to let go. I can give you my best tips and information but if you don’t make that decision and decide you are ready, nothing will change. I can’t help you if you don’t want my help, no one can help you.

The breakup will push you to the limit and you have to be willing to go through the process. I can promise you that once your heart is healed you will feel amazing and you will learn so many new things along the way. Don’t be afraid to say it, you deserve to be happy, you have all the rights to demand it. Write it down or shout it, but understand you have to make the decision, no one can make it for you.
