We don’t want to lie, heartbreak hurts, it’s horrible. No one wants his heart to be broken, no one wants to break someone’s heart. But it happens, it’s part of life, it’s part of love. It is always accompanied by anger, sadness, regret, and loneliness.

We often tend to say sentences like “How could I be with my ex?”, “What was I blind”, “How did no one tell me we shouldn’t be together”. Such sentences and many more like them, delay your healing process.

You have to avoid them. By understanding that when you started dating with your ex, you didn’t know you what you know today. Today you see things differently and you are smarter. For this reason, you have to accept the past and respect your old decisions.
