How To Not Go Back When You Have A Bad Day
Do you know that feeling when you hear a song that reminds you of your ex, or maybe a song that makes you feel optimistic? I remember some songs made me cry and some songs made me feel like they were written about my story. Music is amazing for me, and it’s more than amazing when someone else can reflect my feelings using words.
Music can affect your mood, in general, I think that it can affect anyone, not only people who are after a breakup. But what I want to say today is that many things can affect your mood and especially during this sensitive period.
It happens to anyone
The change of mood is something normal and it’s part of the breakup. One day you think you are over it and the next day you cry like it’s the end of the world. I don’t want you to give up, to judge yourself. It happens to everyone. Even if you had a very good week and you thought you are over it and suddenly a memory arrived and took you back, it’s okay. It doesn’t mean you won’t pass it, it just means that you are a human and you have feelings, thoughts, and memories.
If you want to get over it as fast as possible, love yourself, be patient with yourself, don’t give up. When you cry it’s normal, but when you judge yourself on crying you are hurting yourself and this is what I want you to avoid.
