The Way to Heal Your Broken Heart

After my break up I tried to find solutions. I tried to get my ex back by sending her SMS messages, begging her to come back and praying for God to make her return. Because I thought without her I wouldn’t be able to live, I was sure I could make her come to me.

But I was wrong, all my attempts failed and I had to accept my new reality. I had to find new ways to make me happy. All I wanted was just to forget her and move on with my life. I didn’t want my friend to think I was strange or weak because I couldn’t forget her. I didn’t want to cry anymore and I wanted so bad to feel really happy, from all of my heart.

It was hard and nothing seemed to help me. I tried to occupy myself, to hang out with some friends, drink alcohol, listening to music, watching movies and so many more ways. Until one day, I found a way to get out of it. I remembered I was an optimistic person and always in my life when I had a difficult situation like that I used my mind and thoughts to overcome that. That was what I did and it really helped me overcome it!
