Do you want to know why your relationship ended? Well, it’s better that you just give up on knowing the truth. The best thing you can do is keep yourself calm and accept reality as it is.

One of the most common things people do after a breakup is trying to find why the relationship ended. Even though the ex told the reason we don’t believe them and we try to discover by ourselves the truth. We become obsessive and try our best to know why the ex decided to continue their life without us. Your mind in this stage becomes creative and invents so many scenarios that could have happened and it confuses you and makes you feel so many feelings at once.

When we don’t accept the reason, we find ourselves in an endless journey. Why endless? Because you will never find satisfaction and no reason will give you the answer you want to hear. You have to accept the reason your ex told you and even if your ex didn’t give you any reason, just think that they didn’t love you enough and that you deserve more. Another important thing you must avoid doing is blaming yourself because this has nothing to deal with you. As I mentioned in my previous article: don’t blame yourself for the past.
